Generally, any concerns to be brought before the Trustees or any other employees or agent of the District should be brought to the attention of the Superintendent. If appropriate, the Superintendent will then schedule the matter as an agenda item for a Trustees’ meeting.

If the matter is brought before the Trustees, the user or applicant may appear personally or send a representative. The meetings are informal. Specific procedures exist for certain applications or appeals.

 

The Superintendent may be consulted for additional information.

Contractors interested in becoming a Wells Sanitary District drainlayer, must have the approval of the Superintendent and the Board of Trustees. It is important that you contact the Superintendent prior to performing any sewer connections.
